Walk and explore Santa Barbara’s trendiest and most exciting spots with a local foodie!

Hungry for an off-the-beaten path gourmet food experience? Go where locals go with us! “The Food Experience” will share what’s hot in the Santa Barbara food scene as we visit specialty shops and restaurants that are proud of their commitment to the very best local (and sustainable) ingredients. As you compare gourmet cheeses, participate in a award winning wine tasting and indulge your sweet tooth, you’ll gain an appreciation for a distinct aspect of the town that most tourists – and sometimes even locals! – never see.

We will introduce you to chocolate makers, chefs, cheesemongers, winemakers, and more. You will depart well satiated, full of insider recommendations for your return visit. Your guide has handpicked all locations and collaborated with the merchants to offer you a quality experience. He knows exactly the places to take you to give the most special and unique taste of the City. We’ll stroll past historic theaters, arcadas, and street art as you learn about the history of Santa Barbara. You’ll taste and chat with other food-loving guests, and leave the tour with a host of restaurant recommendations for your next trip to Santa Barbara.

Meet your guide, Brice!

«My name is Brice. I’ll be your guide ! I was raised in the South of France, where the sun shines and the wine flows. All my life I’ve been surrounded by good food and good wine. I quite randomly found myself studying Culinary Arts at Santa Barbara City College. I have worked in many restaurants around town (Bouchon, The Biltmore, Sama Sama to name a few), which strengthened my love foor food and wine. I dream of opening my own farm and making my own wine in the future. I’m so excited for you to discover the town I learned to love.»
